Mr. Raghunath Sowani
Raghunath is a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University and a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (since 1985). He has considerable experience and expertise and a consistent record of delivering extraordinary results across diverse business environments (27 years in Manufacturing / Service Industry - Accounting & Finance, 5 years in Shared Services / Back end processing and 6 years as visiting faculty at Management Institutes). He has had direct exposure in areas ranging from Financial Forecasting and Strategic Financial Planning, Instituting Financial and Costing Systems, Internal Control, Finalization of Accounts, Budgeting, Continuous Process Improvement, Taxation (assessing, filing returns and appearing before appellate tribunals), Audit, Fund Management, Payroll Processing, SOX Compliance to ERP Implementation. He brings a strong analytical perspective to his work. His expertise lies in perusing the financial systems & processes of various organizations, meticulously examining the viability of establishing financial systems at new locations or suggesting changes in the already existing systems and accordingly, establishing or streamlining systems or processes.
Mr. Shirish Kulkarni
Shirish is a Bachelor of Commerce from Pune University and a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (since 1978). He has accomplished Diploma in information Systems Audit - (DISA), Diploma in Computer Management - (DCM) , Computerized Accounts & Audit Techniques course (CAAT). He has teaching experience in the areas of Financial Management, Business Taxation and Accounting for more than twenty years. He is a founder member of the Company. He has diversified experience in the field of audit, accounting, taxation, and business consultancy for various corporate as well as non-corporate entities. Have experience of handling various kinds of engagements for software, manufacturing, education and construction industries. He had vast experience in areas ranging from Financial Planning, audits, Internal Control, Finalization of Accounts, Budgeting, Taxation including: tax consultancy, filing of returns and handling income tax scrutiny cases right up to Tribunal levels, Fund Management, Payroll Processing and business set up consultancy services.
Mr. Pawan Sharma
Pawan Sharma serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of several Global High tech and Deep tech companies ranging from Autonomous Software, Cyber Security, Autonomous Robots, MRO Supply Chain, etc..
Pawan is an Active Lead Investor and Limited Partner in companies globally and mentors the founders of these companies helping them to validate their products, ascertain markets and scale the business in the Automotive, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Energy. He also mentors’ global executives and boards of large firms in the USA.
Pawan's entrepreneurial attitude and experience spans across building and managing new business. He has in the past helped companies set up & grow Consulting, ITO, Engineering and BPO operations which included hardware and software products across the globe for companies like HP, IBM, HCL, KPIT Cummins (a JV between KPIT & Cummins (USA) – the largest manufacturer of diesel engines in the world) and Tech Mahindra. Well respected for his skills in building partnerships and sharp business acumen he has been known in the industry to have been instrumental in several mergers, acquisitions, successful integration and growth of these companies.
In leadership roles, Pawan has served Tech Mahindra (President & CSO) KPIT (CEO & Board Member), IBM (Asia Pacific Head for Software Group, Software Labs and Developer Relations). He has been on boards of listed companies and Universities globally.
An engineer by profession, Pawan is an alumni of Kellogg Global Advanced Management Program. He is also a certified Digital Leader from Hasso Plattner Institute – Potsdam and Stanford USA on Design Thinking and Innovation. He is also a certified professional on Advanced Cybersecurity from Stanford (USA). Pawan is an active philanthropist. He is an active TiE Charter Member in North Carolina (USA) pursuing his passion to coach budding leaders and entrepreneurs in the industry. He served as an active member of the Strategic Board for the North Carolina State Department of Computer Science (USA), was an active member on the Standards Board of JD Powers & Software Support Professional Association – USA and PMI USA Board of Special Initiative Group.
